Performances of a generator can be affected by faults in the device as well as by outside perturbations on the supply network it is connected to.
CEE protections are designed to react as efficiently in the first and in the second case. They ensure protection for synchronous and asynchronous generators connected on three phase networks and moved by any type of machines: steam, hydraulic or gas turbine, diesel or gas engine.
Their protection functions and measurement functionalities make them appropriate for machine-generator groups from a few hundred kVA to tens of MVA.
